Most important: make sure you are following through across your body
on all shots, especially your serve. There are several reasons why tennis elbow (tendonitis) can occur. There are several reasons why tennis elbow occurs,
including improper stroke production, stress from off-court activity, or equipment is transmitting vibration and shock to your elbow, causing inflammation in the tendons.
