Rain out - Inclement weather Policy information

It is always best to contact us via Email using the accounts posted on the home page. In case of inclement weather or other class cancellations please call 508 653-9180 for a recorded message.  If you are going to miss a clinic it is best to use email.  If you are canceling a private lesson and it is less than 24 hrs, please call the tennis pro phone # listed on the home page for immediate action.  All lessons require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice.  Any lesson cancelled without 24 hr advanced notice will be billed in full.

Make-up Policy - Refund Policy

The only reason permitted for any individual to make up any class is because inclement weather cancellations or if a professional from Professional Tennis Services cancels a class. 

For Make-ups: players may attend another class listed in the brochure or on this website that mirrors your class.  All make-ups must be completed within the same season.  No make-ups can be transferred to another enrolled clinic player, family member or friend. If you miss your class because you or your child has something other scheduled; PTS is not responsible for your make-up.  Be fair to others in the program.

For Refunds: No refunds given for any reason.  Exception is a Doctor's order.
